Ishaan is a recent graduate from UCL Anthropology's MSc Human Evolution and Behaviour programme. Having had been a musician for most of his life, he decided to make a drastic change, completing his BA in Archaeology and Social Anthropology from the University of Manchester in 2015. His recently submitted Master's dissertation looks at the impact of writing on social and religious structure in human societies. He is currently looking to pursue his research interests, mainly consisting of the development of modern human cognition, at the doctoral level. Apart from academia, and music, Ishaan also enjoys working with visual media.
